Terms and Conditions
30 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.
Your original invoice/order number must accompany your returned item(s) in order for MYTAGALONGS to process your refund.
All returned items must be in their original state.
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties and hosiery.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and don’t forget to include your original invoice/order number and contact information and a brief description of the reason why you are not satisfied. A customer service representative will be contacting you to help resolve the problem.
Receiving a Refund
Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes.
Your refund will be credited only to the method (s) of payment used to make the purchase. We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
