If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.
Terms and Conditions
7 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after the order is received.
Returns
If your return is eligible for a refund, a customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) that must be indicated on the outside of the box you return, in order to receive your refund. You will also be provided with the address to send your return to. Any returns that are sent without an RA number will not be refunded.
Documentation
Your Return Authorization number and original invoice/order number must accompany your returned item(s) in order for MYTAGALONGS to process your refund.
Good Condition
All returned items must be in their original state. All tags and packaging must be attached exactly as received.
Receiving a Refund
Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Terms & Conditions, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes.
Your refund will be credited only to the method(s) of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
